Many steel wire producer in do wire coiling and wrapping by manually still. As to the labor shortage, many factory’s manager looking for a automatic packaging for wire coils.

Ive seen videos of your equipment and i see many different types. 
This video is a very simple one, maybe i could start with this but thinking in a preparation for automation in the future. 

B. Autoamtic wire coil compacting and packing line

Some of customer like the a quotation of an automatic compressing and packaging line. (Feed the compressor, compress, sealed it automatic with plastic strips, Turn it to other side to put more plastic strips, then moves and take wire coil from the coil)

Other question do you have any type of machine to make wire coils of galvanized wire but of 1kg. ??
